“Pair Up” by Nikolas Mavresis starts by introducing two packets of cards with iconic duos in each. The famous pairs are split up across the packets. For example, Mario is in one and Luigi is another.
Two people invited to test their compatibility by playing the game. Unfortunately, it seems like they failed because none of the pairs match except for the final two which say: “You” and “Me”. But then you read out a heartfelt poem that proves you predicted the outcome the entire time.
Just when they think it’s over, you hit them with a kicker ending they never see coming. All of the other pairs now magically match too!
